Delivery Information
UK Orders
All goods delivered to the UK (including Channel Islands) are sent by Royal Mail 24 or 48.
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3pm on the same day, although during extremely busy periods, such as sale periods and following bank holidays it may take an extra day or so to dispatch your order.
You will receive a dispatch email to confirm when you order has left us.
Regular Shipping - Royal Mail 48: £1.99
This is the business equivalent to 2nd class post.
It is important to remember that Royal Mail do ask that you allow up to 10 working days for delivery for both Royal Mail 24 and 48. (This is a time limit imposed by Royal Mail, not ourselves).
Express Shipping - Royal Mail 24 : £4.99
This is the business equivalent to 1st class post.
It is important to remember that Royal Mail do ask that you allow up to 10 working days for delivery for both Royal Mail 24 and 48. (This is a time limit imposed by Royal Mail, not ourselves).
Urgent Shipping - Special Delivery : £12.99
This is the business equivalent to Special Delivery before 1pm
This is a trackable service, Royal Mail will endeavour to deliver by 1pm the day after shipping!
International Orders
Royal Mail International: £14.99
All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed.
International postage is expensive because we choose to use a tracked and signed for service so that your order can be tracked after it has left the UK. Please be aware that we do not make a profit from our postage charges – they simply reflect what Royal Mail charge us. Delivery outside of the UK is generally around 7-14 working days although during busy periods this can sometimes take longer. Unfortunately, we have no control over how long the international postal system will take to deliver your order.

Delivery confirmation:
Once your order has left us you will receive email confirmation to advise that your order has left us and will be with you shortly. Within this email will be a Royal Mail code so that you can track your delivery. Once Royal Mail have confirmed delivery via the reference number we have completed our contact with you and as such we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post unless you have selected Special Delivery at the checkout as this is an insured service.
